How I work with my clients

Space. I create a confidential space where you can think out loud, test options, and be honest about what’s happening. The pace and pressure rarely let up; my role is to help you slow down enough to see clearly and choose how you want to lead.

Style. My style combines empathy with clear-eyed accountability: we talk honestly about how you feel, and we stay anchored to the results, relationships, and culture you’re responsible for.

Support. Senior leaders describe the work as supportive and stretching: a safe place to be real and a challenging partner who won’t let you stay stuck.

Why this work matters to me

Leadership should cultivate growth, not constrain it.

It shapes how people feel about their work and themselves. My most meaningful moments in leadership were watching people step into their own voice: speaking up in a senior room, making a difficult call, or having a courageous conversation.

Coaching lets me spend my days in that space — asking thoughtful questions, challenging with care, and celebrating real progress in real time. I value growth, curiosity, empathy, and accountability, and I bring those to every conversation.

From tech executive to leadership coach

For more than 25 years, my career sat at the intersection of technology, sales, and leadership.

At Cisco Canada I led channel sales and programs, sales operations, and software go-to-market teams — building new routes to market and accelerating recurring revenue. Later, as country leader for AppDynamics, I was responsible for scaling a high-performing team, navigating rapid change.

I championed culture, inclusion, and talent development, co-creating national mentoring initiatives and serving as Chief Diversity Officer.

The common thread was always developing leaders, not just hitting numbers. The conversations I remembered weren’t the deal reviews; they were the moments when someone found their footing, made a brave choice, or reclaimed their confidence.

The pivot to coaching.

After leaving Cisco in 2023, I chose to focus my work fully on leadership development and completed my Certified Leadership Coach training with Essential Impact.

I now have the privilege of working with leaders and aspiring leaders across technology driven organizations.

Stepping fully into coaching didn’t feel like starting over; it felt like using my leadership experience more intentionally: as a thinking partner, helping you grow in ways that are effective, sustainable, and true to who you are.

Today, I bring the same commercial rigor, strategic thinking, and people first mindset to my coaching practice
